“There is two really power tools that Facebook has that I think a lot of people overlook because Facebook has so many features and they really are just status updates and your notes. Status updates are great because you can share what’s going on, you can post links and get feedback back. You can send a lot of traffic to whatever page you’re looking at using status updates and notes. Notes are a great way to establish your expertise and again when someone thinks you are an expert you’ve earned their trust, they’re more likely to go to your site and more likely to tell other friends about you. Those two tools if you leverage them appropriately you will generate more traffic and gain more visibility.
